1. Term of payment

All rated are in Thai Baht and inclusive of VAT

2. Reservation and Confirmation

Reservations of enquiries should be directed to Reservation Department:

All reservations requested will be replied by fax or e-mail within two business day.
If you do not receive any reply from us within this period, please kindly resend your request as your messages could have been lost in transmission.

3. Tour Voucher

After reservation and payment have been completed, we will sent you a tour voucher to re- confirm your reservation, please print out a copy of to confirm all services, option and payment you have made.

4. Tour Representative

If you are uncertain of the things to do on your arrived in Phuket, we will be glad to send one of our Tour Representative to your hotel to provide you with some useful information of tour packages, where to go for shopping, food and entertainment.

5. Child Rate

Child rate is based on each tour agent's policy. We apply child rate children to between 3- 12 years old. Infant and children under 3 years old are free of charge. When booking your trip please clearly specified the age of the children

6. Cancellation

* * * All cancellations or changing of your booking must be writing by email or fax 7 days (or more) before your trip departure date. Please quote your booking details such as your full name or any booking reference number (if any) * * *

7. Refunds

All refunds are subjected to an administration fee of 5 % of the total booking amount of 500 THB.
